For the final week of live tweeting we were taken into the colourful world of Japanese anime Hi Score Girl (2018-present).

Based on a manga series of the same name, Hi Score Girl follows the misadventures of a couple of kids living in the 90’s who are passionate about arcade games.

Once again, the viewing for this week was something I was looking forward to. Cake (2018), is a Pakistani film following a wealthy family who is called to arms when their father falls ill.

As week 2 commences, so does anther chance to undertake autoethnographic research into Digital Asia, this time with a focus on the Vietnamese film Furie (2019).
