Week threes screening was the Pakistani film ‘Cake’ which was released in 2018 and released by Asim Abbasi.
This week, I really found myself struggling to grasp onto the film as I found the storyline to drag on in comparison to last week’s screening of ‘Furie’. From this, it was difficult to continuously tweet throughout the film which made it hard to begin this blog post from the lack of tweets I could refer back to. In this blog post, I will be reflecting and researching into the very first observation I made about the film and that was in regards to the cultural attitudes and tradition when it comes to senior citizen living in Asian cultures.
