Experiences of making Korean food by myself

By reading articles and searching online, I know that autoethnographic is a kind of research style and a writing style that connects individuals with culture and puts them on social and cultural background. It is an autobiographical study of researchers’ self-life experience. It is a kind of personal narrative.

Because I am a senior foodie, my research direction will be more inclined to Korean restaurant and food practices.

About Field Site, I’m going to go to different Korean restaurants every two weeks. I will record from three aspects:
1. Observe the decoration style of the restaurant
2. Observe the overall atmosphere of the restaurant (including the smell of the restaurant, hygiene, noise, etc.)
3. The most important point! ! The decor and taste of the dishes.
